Job responsibilities:

1. Comprehensively plan the company's human resource development and strategic management, formulate human resource planning plans, and supervise the implementation of various plans;

2. Establish and improve the human resource management system, establish and improve the human resource management system;

Job requirements:

1. Under 45 years old, with a bachelor's degree or above in human resources management or related fields; Huawei human resources are prioritized!!!

2. At least ten years of experience in human resources, business management, administration, etc., and at least five years of experience as a human resources director;

3. Experience in managing administrative personnel in large engineering companies is preferred;

4. Excellent external communication and public relations skills, with the ability to solve emergencies; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear thinking, and meticulous consideration of problems;

5. Understand the human resource management model and practical experience accumulation of enterprises, have a deep understanding of various functional modules of human resource management, and be familiar with relevant national policies, laws and regulations.
